Supporting the Breck Foundation & Raising E-Safety Awareness

On Friday, 7th February, we held a non-uniform day in support of the Breck Foundation, a charity dedicated to raising awareness of online safety. Many of you may be familiar with Breck’s story—a tragic case that gained national attention. Breck Bednar, a 14-year-old boy, was groomed and murdered by someone he met online. Since then, his mother, Lorin LaFave, has worked tirelessly to educate young people and prevent similar tragedies.

As part of our ongoing e-safety awareness programme, we were privileged to welcome Yanika from the Breck Foundation on Thursday, 27th February. She delivered powerful workshops to each year group, sharing Breck’s story and reinforcing the importance of staying safe online.

The wellbeing and safety of our students remain our top priority, and we are committed to continuing these vital conversations. Thank you to everyone who took part and supported this important cause! đź’™ #BreckFoundation #OnlineSafety #StaySafeOnline
