A group of our Year 8 girls attended a workshop at Canterbury Christ Church University, where they explored coding and creativity using NeoPixel LEDs and micro:bit mini computers. Guided by a female instructor from U Can Too, they programmed unique light displays, showcasing their imagination and skills. This inspiring event highlighted the opportunities for girls in computing and STEM, proving there's a place for everyone in these fields.
